Job Description
Your Sales Career Has a Ceiling. This Role Doesn't. Most sales jobs ask you to hit a number and repeat it forever. This one is different. Everline Roofing Group is building a structured 6-month pathway that takes top-performing sales professionals and develops them into full-time Sales Managers. If you've been closing deals for someone else's ceiling, it's time to build toward your own. Why Join Everline? Everline Roofing Group is a fast-scaling storm restoration and premium retail roofing company with long-term market positioning in Columbus. We give our sales professionals real infrastructure — pre-qualified leads, hands-on training, financing tools, and insurance claims support — then get out of their way. Now we're extending that same philosophy to leadership. This is a defined, six-month path with clear milestones, direct shadowing of our current Sales Manager, and a real seat waiting at the end of it. About the Role For your first three months, you'll operate as a top-performing sales representative. At the same time, you're being developed for leadership: how you carry yourself, support your peers, and convert. Once you've shown that level of performance, you'll transition into hands-on management — shadowing, then co-managing, then independently leading a team, with continued support from company leadership. What You'll Do Phase 1 — Evaluation & Preparation (Months 1-3) Work company-provided leads and build your own pipeline through inspections and homeowner consultations Maintain top-tier personal sales performance while mastering our inspection, damage assessment, and closing process Build trust with the team through consistency, reliability, and contribution to shared results Complete leadership-focused development work and apply it to how you operate day to day Phase 2 — Leadership Transition (Months 4-6) Month 4: Shadow the current Sales Manager and begin taking on initial leadership responsibilities Month 5: Co-manage the sales team with direct, hands-on guidance from leadership Month 6: Step into an independent leadership role, backed by continued support from the company What We Provide Pre-qualified leads delivered directly to you throughout your time as a producing rep 20% commission on gross profit, uncapped, during the sales phase of the program Hands-on training in roof inspections, damage assessment, and in-home closing Financing tools that increase close rates and average deal size Full support navigating the insurance claims process An autonomous work environment with no micromanagement Compensation & Growth During the sales phase, you'll earn 20% commission on gross profit with no cap, supported by pre-qualified leads and financing tools built to increase deal size. As you move through the six-month pathway, your role expands from top producer to team leader — with the goal of stepping into a full-time Sales Manager position. This is a career track, not a trial run. Ready to Take the Lead? If you're a proven closer ready to build something bigger than a commission check, we want to hear from you. — you'll hear back from us within 24 hours.
