You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive sales experienceExperience working within K-12 and/or Higher Education environmentsAbility to travel 50% of the timeDemonstrated ability to influence and drive results without direct authorityExperience collaborating across multiple functions and stakeholder groups to achieve business objectivesDemonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that drive growthDesired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related fieldSales leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teamsExperience working within a matrixed organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersExperience in education, contract furniture, commercial interiors, or related industriesStrong strategic selling, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated business acumen and ability to use data and market insights to drive growthCompensation:
In compliance with pay transparency laws, the annual base salary range for this position is $157,300- $245,800 USD.
