Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sales Director for the US Anord Mardix team. This role can be remote within the U.S. and will report to the Head of Sales, North America.
In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Account Managers responsible for driving growth across strategic Data Center accounts. You will define and execute regional sales strategy, expand market share, and strengthen key customer relationships while ensuring operational excellence across the commercial organization.
What a typical day looks likeLead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve and exceed regional revenue and profitability targetsDefine and execute regional sales strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives within the Data Center and Critical Power marketsDrive both account expansion (existing customers) and new business development across targeted accountsOversee complex commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract terms, and multi-year agreementsMaintain executive-level relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point and trusted advisorEnsure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM (Salesforce)Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and legal teams to deliver customer solutions and optimize marginsDrive operational discipline across accounts to maximize Operating Profit (OP) and ensure execution against key performance indicators (KPIs)Identify business risks and opportunities, proactively developing mitigation and growth plansEstablish and enforce best practices in account management, forecasting, and deal governanceSupport strategic initiatives, including new product introductions, market expansion, and channel developmentThe experience we are looking to add to our team Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceTypically requires 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing sales teamsProven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large, complex customer accountsStrong experience in Data Center infrastructure and/or Power Distribution solutions (LV/MV switchgear, busway, PDU, etc.)Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract managementStrong business acumen, with the ability to balance growth and profitabilityExcellent executive-level communication and relationship management skillsExperience working within a manufacturing or engineered solutions environmentWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:
