Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting and development plans to achieve company hiring targets and expand our Advisory field-force and market presence.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential new Advisors.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
