I'm an involved and hands-on insurance and financial services agency owner looking for a Sales Producer who wants to grow with me. Aucoin Insurance and Financial Services is a full service insurance and financial service office catering to business owners and high-net-worth individuals. We offer a wide range of insurance, employer benefits, financial services and alternative investment products. Our clientele expects a level of service and product knowledge beyond what typical insurance agents are able to offer. Candidates will be expected to provide personal and commercial insurance solutions as well as financial services to an existing client base as well as new potential clients in a professional manner. There is no "cold calling" as all potential sales opportunities are from existing clients or are coming directly from long-standing referral sources. Qualifications Active California Property & Casualty and Life & Health or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire. Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 Securities License or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits Competitive base salary ($25-$30/hour) plus an aggressive commission structure with possible six-figure earnings. No cap on commissions!!
