Job Description

You are already leading a sales team. You are already winning. And something in you is still restless because you know you have another gear. Before you keep reading, you need to know this is not for everyone. The situation We have more demand for our brand than we can currently serve. For almost two decades we have been building this brand. You have seen it. You have heard it. And with everything happening in the market right now, demand keeps climbing every single day. We just made a massive commitment to increase our marketing even more. You can already see it everywhere. To match that demand we are growing fast. Really fast. And we need a sales leader who can run at that pace and pull a team along with them. Our salespeople do not have to hunt for business. They are not chasing friends, family, or cold leads. The volume of consumer opportunity coming in through our brand every single day is unlike anything most leaders have ever seen. When you walk in and look at the dashboard, you will be blown away. But volume does not convert itself. Pipelines do not close without coaching. Salespeople do not become elite without someone pushing them. The bigger the opportunity, the more critical the leader becomes. That is where you come in. Sales leadership experience required. Real estate is helpful but not required. Similar high volume B2C industries welcome: mortgage, insurance, automotive, construction, and others. Who this is for You are a sales leader. You have built sales teams before. You have coached them, trained them, and pushed them past what they thought they were capable of. Sales is your craft and you can teach it at a high level. Your background could be real estate. It could also be mortgage, insurance, automotive, construction, or any other high volume B2C industry where you led a team converting inbound consumer demand at scale. Real estate is helpful, not required. What matters is that you have done this before. You can run fast. Really fast. Speed is not stressful to you. Speed is oxygen. You are not the leader who slows things down to make people comfortable. You are the leader who raises the standard and pulls people up with you. You can build process. Right now the demand is outrunning the structure. We need someone who can rebuild the team structure, install the process, and do it without slowing down the business. You are as comfortable building the machine as you are running it. You can hold people accountable. Real accountability. The kind that makes some people uncomfortable and makes the right people better. You have had the hard conversations most leaders avoid. Your teams were stronger because of it. You are a galvanizer. When you walk into a room, energy lifts. You get people excited to run toward something. You build the kind of culture where people show up early because they do not want to miss the moment. You pull greatness out of people who did not know it was in them. You are a recruiter. High level sales talent follows you. You know how to identify it, attract it, and close it. Building the roster is not something you delegate. It is one of the things you are best at. You enforce high standards without apology. You push hard because you care. Your team feels both. You have converted inbound consumer leads at scale. Because of the volume our brand generates, your job is not to teach salespeople how to find leads. Your job is to teach them how to convert. That is the skill set this seat demands. What you'll do Rebuild the sales team structure, install the process, and run it hard. Recruit elite sales talent. Coach the team we already have. Set the standard, hold the standard, and make people proud to live up to it. Own the numbers. Read the room before anyone else does and move the team before the moment passes. You will work directly with me. Not through layers. Not through a leadership team. With me. Every day. Building and leading one of the most aggressive, high growth sales organizations in real estate. core values We hire and operate by these. If they resonate, you'll fit here. L earning. We are relentlessly curious and never finished growing. E mpathy. We lead with understanding for our clients, our colleagues, and our community. T enacity. We don't stop. We don't quit. We find a way. S taying Positive. The environment we create is a choice we make every day. G enerosity. We give our time, our knowledge, and our energy without keeping score. O wning It. We take radical responsibility. No excuses. No deflection. Just results. Who this is not for Anyone who wants to manage from 30,000 feet. Anyone who needs a slower pace to do their best work. Anyone whose sales leadership experience is theoretical instead of operational. Anyone who has to think about it. The right person already knows. The offer For the right person, here is what we will do. We will beat your current compensation package. If relocation is part of the conversation we are open to that too. We are also open to acquiring a team if that is the right fit. We are committed to having this person onboard in the next 30 days. Apply now. Tell me the sales team you built, the process you installed, and the numbers before and after. Tell me the last person you recruited and why they said yes. Skip the AI resume language. I want the specifics. -Kris Lindahl P.S. If this isn't you but you know someone, send it to them. They'll thank you later. P.P.S. We are looking for an action taker. Not someone who needs time to think about it. The right person already knows.
