Sales Manager

Job Overview Mercedes Roofing Colorado is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to help lead and grow our roofing sales team in Colorado Springs. We are a fast-growing, family-owned roofing company focused on insurance restoration, customer service, and building a strong team culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has roofing or exterior sales experience and wants to grow with a company that plans to expand throughout Colorado and eventually across the United States. We are looking for leaders, not just salespeople. Someone who can motivate a team, close deals, help train reps, and grow with the company long term.
