About This Job Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Onboarding, the Sales & Onboarding Operations Manager will support and optimize the performance of our sales and onboarding teams through process development, reporting, systems management and cross functional collaboration. This role will support sales analytics, commission processing, incentive programs, legal agreements, new owner journey workflows, referral programs and operational efficiency projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results driven, hands on leader with experience improving team performance, standardizing processes, driving operational excellence in a fast paced environment. This person should be highly organized, analytical and a strong communicator. As a key member of the Sales & Onboarding leadership team, this individual will play an important role in scaling systems, supporting growth initiatives, and enhancing owner experiences. Essential Job Functions Manage and optimize sales processes, workflows and systems to improve efficiency and scalability Own CRM administration including pipeline hygiene, reporting, dashboards and automation Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, KPI tracking and performance reporting Oversee sales commission and bonus programs Collaborate with marketing, revenue management and operations to align revenue initiatives Create and maintain sales and onboarding SOPs, playbooks and operational documentation Oversee owner and guest agreements, process novations and change of ownership processes Serve as the liaison with brokers in regulated states to ensure compliance requirements are met across all departments Manage all referral and incentive programs, including tracking, reporting and payment processing Identify opportunities for growth, collaboration, and operational improvements that increase productivity and efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the function. Other duties as assigned because no two days in hospitality are ever the same!Requirements:
Skills + Qualifications College education is strongly preferred, though we recognize that great talent comes from many different paths. 3+ years experience leading or supporting sales and/or onboarding teams within hotel, hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate or related industries Understanding of short-term rentals, property management, and/or real estate highly preferred. Expert experience leveraging sales tech stack: CRM, reporting tools, communication tools. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or PowerBI Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Communicates clearly and confidently—whether it's over email, on a video call, or in person—and can build strong connections with both team members and clients. Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced, growth oriented environment Workplace Environment + Expectations Fully remote work environment with reliable internet connection. Typically a Monday - Friday workweek with expectations to be flexible to support the needs of the business. Occasional travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Demands Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
