As a Sales Operations Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and optimize sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization. You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule (at least three days per week in office). In this role, you will impact the sales team's ability to meet targets by streamlining operations, improving data accuracy, and enabling better decision-making through insightful analytics and process improvements.
