English + Russian required; Spanish preferred About Us We are a growing international online and in-person school focused on Russian language, culture, and education. We are expanding our team in Florida and are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven School Partnerships Manager to help us build partnerships with schools and educational organizations. This role is ideal for a proactive, outgoing professional who enjoys networking, building long-term relationships, conducting meetings, and creating new opportunities within the education community.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop partnerships with private schools, charter schools, public schools, preschools, and educational organizations; Build relationships and communicate with school principals, administrators, and key decision-makers; Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications; Manage professional business correspondence in English; Support partnership discussions, agreements, and ongoing relationship management; Expand our school partnership network in Hollywood, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Hallandale, and North Miami areas; Achieve partnership development goals and growth targets.
Requirements:
Fluent English — required; Russian language — required; Spanish language — a strong advantage; Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and international environment; Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, customer service, education, or a related field; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to write professional emails and conduct business conversations; Confidence communicating by phone and during in-person meetings; Professional appearance, reliability, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset; Experience working in education or with schools is a plus.
Important:
Candidates must have strong English communication skills and experience with professional communication. Applicants without confident English proficiency will not be considered.
