Senior Business Development Broker Multi-Family | Commercial | HOA Management An established and highly respected property management firm with over 40 years of industry leadership is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Broker to accelerate growth across our Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA management divisions. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced industry professional to expand our market presence, secure new management contracts, and help shape the future of a well-established company with strong infrastructure and executive support. We are seeking a confident, strategic business developer with a proven history of closing, relationship building, and portfolio expansion — particularly within HOA, multi-family, and commercial real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead new business acquisition across Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA portfolios Identify and secure new HOA management contracts and association partnerships Develop strategic relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and HOA boards Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and market positioning Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new management agreements Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategy Compensation & Advancement Competitive compensation structure (DOE) Aggressive commission plan Performance-based bonuses Partnership/equity pathway for top producers Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) participation Paid Time Off Professional development support Flexible schedule with hybrid/work-from-home flexibility Stable leadership and growth-focused culture Location Primary office in Renton, WA. Required Qualifications (Minimum 5 Years in Each Area) Active Real Estate License (Required) 5+ years of real estate broker experience 5+ years of portfolio or property management experience 5+ years of client acquisition and new business development experience 5+ years of direct sales and contract negotiation experience 5+ years of established broker relationships and business development experience Demonstrated experience securing new management contracts Professional network within the Washington real estate market Candidates who do not meet the minimum 5-year experience requirements in each area will not be considered.
