- + Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage all sales assigned to the region.
Must Have:
Minimum Requirements- + Bachelor's degree required + Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Nice to Have
- + Master's Degree (MBA, MA, MS) is highly desirable + Previous sales management experience strongly preferred + 10+ years of overall work experience + Selling Digital Health solutions (EMR, SaaS) or Wearables + Medical capital equipment and disposable products field experience + Experience compiling contracts with supporting financial business case + Recruiting and hiring experience + Strong problem-solving skills + Executive sales and negotiating skills +
Leadership and Mentoring Abilities:
Preferably in a complex business environment +Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as purchase agreements, financial reports, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. + Experience writing reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, internal and external stakeholders, and various other support teams + Knowledge and understanding of the hospital and health care environment both global and specific + Well-developed organizational and time management skills + High computer proficiency required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.- Physical Job Requirements
