Remote Job Summary Leads the development and execution of service-based solution sales strategies within the electrical industry. Applies deep subject matter expertise and a broad understanding of internal and external market dynamics to influence revenue generation, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. Operates independently with high authority, interpreting complex business issues to recommend best practices and enterprise-level solutions. Aligns cross-functional teams and informs strategic direction through market analytics, service innovation, and sales enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drives revenue through customized service solution offerings, aligning teams across technical support, marketing, and operations to ensure consistency in execution ensuring clients' strategic objectives and solve specific business challenges. Acts as a specialist in service sales strategy, advising senior leadership on commercial opportunities, pricing structures, and scalable delivery models for recurring and bundled service offerings. Develops strategy to expand market share by identifying customer pain points, competitive gaps, and opportunities for new or enhanced service lines. Designs and develops industry-leading service solutions by integrating digital tools, field services, and maintenance programs with core product offerings. Implements systems to monitor service contract performance, identify churn risks, and evaluate long-term client value and retention. Consults on cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, standardize service protocols, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Coordinates externally with channel partners, OEMs, and large enterprise clients to build strategic alliances and strengthen service delivery networks. Supports the development of sales enablement tools and training content by translating complex service offerings into clear, customer-facing value propositions and internal best practices. Partners with internal teams on market trends, technical integration, and operational best practices to elevate overall sales effectiveness and organizational capability.
