Territory Manager

Job Overview:

Sales manager creates and fosters partnerships. They establish relationships with all customers to ensure they feel their needs and expectations are being met. .

Job Duties:

• Conduct door-to-door sales to promote the company's product line.
• Follow up with leads to generate sales.
• Creates leads through various marketing platforms and follows up in a timely manner.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Reviews customer data and anticipates customer needs to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention/loyalty.
• Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

Required Skills and capabilities:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in selling products.
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
• Strong working knowledge of the company`s products, competitive products, and the market
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
