Job Description
Job Overview:
Sales manager creates and fosters partnerships. They establish relationships with all customers to ensure they feel their needs and expectations are being met. .Job Duties:
- Conduct door-to-door sales to promote the company's product line.
- Follow up with leads to generate sales.
- Creates leads through various marketing platforms and follows up in a timely manner.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Reviews customer data and anticipates customer needs to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention/loyalty.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Required Skills and capabilities:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in selling products.
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
- Strong working knowledge of the company`s products, competitive products, and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
