Job Description
A leading vacation rental management company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth by expanding its portfolio of managed properties. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through phone outreach, email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the company's footprint in the region. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives. Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and closing deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Experience in real estate or vacation rental management is preferred but not required. Proficiency with CRM tools and technology-driven sales strategies. Ability to work a flexible schedule, with high availability for client calls. Compensation & Work Environment Base salary of $70,000-$90,000 (negotiable) plus commission, with an annual earnings potential of $150,000+. Reports to the Brand President.
