About the role Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Commercial Excellence Expert to lead and support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional sales processes, organizational optimization, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of delivering cost-saving projects. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to implement best practices and standardize activities. Develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards to track progress and impact of commercial excellence initiatives. Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across sales operations, including pricing, order management, customer service, and CRM usage. Support change management and training efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and tools. Drive organizational design improvements to align roles, responsibilities, and workflows with strategic goals. Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership in shaping commercial strategy and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or process improvement roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results. Experience in a sales-driven organization with a focus on transactional activities is highly preferred.
