Mill, SC Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales for the Cambria Hotel in Fort Mill, South Carolina to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth through innovative business development and exceptional relationship management. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies, oversee a high-performing sales team, and foster strong client partnerships. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our client base, closing high-value deals, and aligning sales initiatives with overall business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales efforts while working collaboratively across departments to achieve ambitious targets. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals, focusing on business development management and enterprise selling. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through effective team leadership and coaching. Drive prospecting efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating leads, and expanding the client base through proactive outreach and relationship management. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and customer support to enhance sales strategies and improve customer experience. Manage key client relationships by providing exceptional communication, strategic planning, and tailored solutions that foster long-term loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding client bases and closing enterprise deals. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment focused on strategic management and goal achievement. Strong skills in sales negotiation, customer relationship management, prospecting, and deal closing within complex markets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization. Experience in marketing alignment and cross-functional collaboration to drive integrated sales initiatives.
