2 Hotel Catering Sales Manager Job Description The Hotel Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling catering services to clients. They will work closely with the hotel's food and beverage team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new and repeat business. Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions. Coordinate with the hotel's food and beverage team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly. Prepare proposals and contracts for clients. Manage the catering sales process from start to finish, including follow-up and post-event evaluation. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new business. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales, preferably in a hotel setting Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
