Job Description

Nic & Norman's is hiring an Event Sales Manager (Chattanooga-based) We're looking for someone to own and grow group dining sales across our restaurants. This is a concept-wide role — ideal for a restaurant manager ready to step into sales and build something. What you'll do: Drive group dining + event sales across multiple locations Build relationships in the local market (businesses, organizations, events) Coordinate bookings with restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution Own the calendar, pipeline, and follow-through What we're looking for: Restaurant management experience preferred Strong communicator + relationship builder Organized, self-driven, and results-focused Comfortable balancing sales + operations This is a chance to own a lane and elevate it — if that's you, let's connect.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
