As a pivotal member of our sales initiative, you'll be tasked with not only meeting but exceeding revenue targets within your designated territory. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our dedicated sales professionals to achieve and surpass their sales quotas. Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and leadership to our sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles. Keep our Liaisons focused on target accounts and provide them with the necessary training and support for success. Generate insightful reports on visit frequency, referrals, and other key metrics for your assigned regions. Recruit, train, and develop top-tier liaisons to drive performance and growth. Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or business-related field preferred. Minimum four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience, preferably in hospice Minimum of two-years management experience Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations Demonstrated success in growing local or regional patient census Must be willing to travel and spend at least 75% of time in assigned markets $185,000 - $200,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
