Job Description
About the Role The Area Sales Manager (ASM) leads a group of Boost Mobile stores to deliver consistent sales, standout customer experience, and airtight operations. You'll coach Market Leads and store teams, hire and train talent, and ensure every location is execution-ready while partnering closely with the Director of Sales on strategy, staffing, and performance. Responsibilities Drive KPIs (Activations, Accessories $/Act, Tablets, AAL/Protections, Family Plan %) across all locations. Lead floor coaching/role-plays; run huddles; set clear goals and follow-ups. Identify underperforming stores and build action plans with the Director of Sales. Manage schedules/coverage. Verify drawers match deposits to POS/bank, investigate variances, document root causes, and implement corrective actions. Maintain policy adherence, complete checklists, ensure BoostU training completion, and keep stores mystery-shop ready. Enforce opening/closing procedures, maintain schedule coverage, and execute events/promotions/merchandising on time. Conduct in-person/virtual interviews, make hiring decisions, and onboard Verify inventory counts are being completed. Plan a weekly store visit plan with objectives Investigate missing devices Conduct store transfers on a need basis to balance stock Manage RMA, and shrink control Be the point of contact for market issues (Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during interview) Experience Required 2-3+ years multi-unit leadership (district/area) or strong store leadership with readiness to scale; wireless experience preferred. Proven track record of hitting sales targets and improving lagging KPIs. Strong coaching/communication; comfortable holding teams accountable.
