Territory Sales Manager – Permian Basin (West Texas) Industrial Air Compression | Field Sales About the Role Join a leading industrial air compression provider serving the oil & gas and energy sectors. This field-based role focuses on growing business across the Permian Basin by developing new accounts, managing key relationships, and increasing market share. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development across oil & gas operators, EPCs, and industrial customers Conduct proactive prospecting through calls, emails, and site visits Build relationships with engineering, operations, and procurement teams Present technical air compression solutions and support project opportunities Maintain CRM activity and provide territory updates Requirements 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience (air compressors, rotating equipment, or related industrial products preferred) Experience selling into oil & gas operators or EPC contractors Strong prospecting and territory development skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout West Texas CRM proficiency Ideal Candidate A motivated, hunter-style salesperson with strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and experience operating in the Permian Basin or broader Texas energy market.
