Job Description

We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. This role is focused on driving new business growth and expanding Driver Source USA's presence throughout the DFW market. If you are a hunter who thrives on winning new accounts, building strong client partnerships, and being rewarded for performance, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company that values high-performing sales professionals.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals Build relationships with decision-makers across transportation, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and construction industries Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline using Avionté Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand Driver Source USA's footprint throughout
DFWWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of proven success in business development or outside sales Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and senior leadership CRM experience preferred
