Sales Manager - Marriott Select Brand Hotel About the Role We're seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for our Marriott Select Brand hotel. This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional who excels at building relationships, driving revenue, and elevating both guest and team satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Chase Hospitality's standards and hotel revenue goals Cultivate strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel industry partners Lead proactive sales efforts, including outside sales calls, networking, and market penetration activities Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and profitability Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, and forecasting Represent the hotel at community events, trade shows, and Marriott brand initiatives Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure high performance and engagement Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers to identify new opportunities Ensure all sales activities reflect Chase Hospitality's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience; Marriott Select Brand experience strongly preferred Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and growing market share Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships Knowledge of Marriott systems (CI/TY, SalesForce, OneSource, MARSHA) is a plus Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Ability to lead with positivity, professionalism, and a guest‑first mindset What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus structure Marriott travel benefits and hotel discounts Opportunities for professional development and career growth within our Chase Hospitality portfolio Join Our Team If you're a driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
