Job Description

Summary/Objective The Administrative Director of Business Services is responsible for directing and managing the billing, collections, cashiering, and registration functions of the Hospital. Assists the Chief Financial Officer with various projects as needed. Essential Job Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Plans, directs, and supervises all administrative and technical aspects of the CBO to ensure that appropriate internal controls are maintained. Establishes and maintains systems for the accurate compilation of both routine and ad hoc reports pertaining to patient accounts. Monitors and ensures that all phases of the registration, billing, and collection cycle are functioning as intended. Implements process changes as needed. Develops, maintains, and ensures compliance with P&P for supervised department(s). Ensures department compliance with all other relevant hospital and CHC policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Displays sound fiscal judgment and control of department as evidence by achieving budget targets, including but not limited to, hour/stat and cost/stat. Supervises activities of departments and promotes achievement of departmental/hospital objectives as well as BHSET Behavioral Expectations. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in related field. 5 years of related experience

$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
