As our Director of Sales, you will lead all sales and marketing initiatives, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by: Driving occupancy goals and maximizing community census through strategic marketing, prospecting, and referral partner development.Managing the entire sales process from inquiry to close, including organizing and conducting in-person/virtual tours and home visits to advance prospective residents' decisions.
