Manage key accounts by providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. Conduct technical sales presentations that clearly communicate product benefits and technical specifications to clients. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze customer data for strategic insights. Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitable margins.
