Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious National Sales Director to lead the expansion of our independent B2B sales force across the U.S. This role is ideal for a high-level sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build , coach, and lead a top-tier team of Outside Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a nationwide team of commission-based sales reps Collaborate with our internal recruiting team and leverage our recruiting infrastructure for continuous candidate flow Set performance standards, track KPIs, and drive team production Mentor and coach sales reps to close deals and build residual portfolios Lead by example—closing accounts, generating volume, and setting the pace Foster a competitive and rewarding sales culture

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales; merchant services or payment processing a plus! Proven experience in sales is Required. Sales leadership or team-building background strongly preferred Entrepreneurial drive with strong recruiting and coaching skills Ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing sales culture Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Compensation:
Commission-Based + Weekly Draws + Bonuses +
Residual Income Job Type:

$100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
