This established commercial flooring subcontractor has been growing since 2009, recently expanded into a larger facility, and offers the chance to lead sales strategy for a company known for strong ownership involvement, low turnover, an outstanding culture, and major contracts in the pipeline. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Sales (Commercial Flooring) position include: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within commercial construction, flooring, or specialty subcontracting industries. Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth objectives. Strong understanding of commercial flooring systems, construction processes, estimating, contracts, and project lifecycle management. Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company growth, revenue, margin, and market expansion goals. Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams including Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and sales support personnel. Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, commercial end users, and industry partners. Oversee sales pipeline activity, forecasting, backlog development, bid opportunities, negotiated work, account management, and conversion rates. Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software.

Salary :

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
