We specialize in fire, water, storm, reconstruction, and contents restoration services for residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. We are actively expanding our presence across commercial, multi-family, institutional, insurance, and direct-to-consumer markets throughout DFW. This is not a traditional "marketing rep" position. We are seeking a motivated relationship-builder capable of developing strategic partnerships, creating new opportunities, and helping drive the next phase of our company's growth. The restoration industry is evolving rapidly. Success today requires more than maintaining legacy relationships. We are looking for someone capable of developing creative prospecting strategies, expanding referral networks, and identifying opportunities across both traditional and emerging markets. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a respected local company while building meaningful long-term income potential through relationship development and business growth. Who We Are Looking For This position is ideal for either: Emerging Growth Professional A hungry, entrepreneurial self-starter eager to build a long-term career in the restoration industry through networking, creativity, consistency, and hard work. OR Established Industry Producer A seasoned restoration, construction, property management, or insurance professional with existing relationships and a proven track record of generating opportunities and revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic referral relationships with: Commercial property managers Multi-family operators HOA management companies Insurance professionals Facilities directors Realtors and property professionals Municipal and institutional organizations Contractors and trade partners Generate restoration and reconstruction opportunities through proactive networking and relationship development Create and implement innovative prospecting and business development strategies Identify underserved markets and develop growth initiatives Expand TRC's visibility through: networking, strategic outreach, social media engagement, and community involvement Attend networking events, trade associations, industry functions, and community events Maintain CRM activity tracking and pipeline accountability Collaborate with company leadership on growth strategy and market positioning Represent TRC professionally in all interactions What Success Looks Like Successful candidates will: Consistently generate self-originated opportunities Build long-term referral partnerships Expand TRC's market visibility Demonstrate creativity and initiative in prospecting Operate independently while remaining accountable to measurable growth goals Contribute positively to TRC's culture and long-term vision Preferred Qualifications Business development, sales, or relationship management experience preferred Restoration industry experience is a plus, but not required for highly motivated candidates Existing commercial, multi-family, or insurance industry relationships strongly preferred Social media and digital networking experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and highly organized Ability to work independently and proactively Comfortable attending networking events and building new relationships Valid driver's license and clean driving record Education Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant experience, relationship-building ability, and demonstrated drive are highly valued.
