The Role We're looking for a Roofing Sales Manager with a proven background in door-to-door sales and the roofing industry who is ready to lead from the front . This is a player-coach role where you'll: Drive your own production Lead, train, and mentor a team of reps Help build and scale a high-performance sales organization This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something bigger than themselves while earning at a high level. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of door-to-door roofing sales reps Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members Provide hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and mentorship Set performance standards and hold the team accountable Run team meetings, trainings, and daily/weekly check-ins Generate your own deals through door-to-door efforts Oversee pipeline, job flow, and deal progression Ensure a strong customer experience from first contact to close Compensation Top-tier compensation package Uncapped Commissions Performance bonuses and incentives High earning potential tied directly to team production and personal performance Our leaders are paid like leaders.

What We're Looking For Required:

Proven experience in door-to-door sales Direct experience in the roofing industry Willing and able to climb ladders and climb on and off roofs regularly Demonstrated leadership experience (team lead, manager, or similar) Strong closing ability and understanding of the full sales cycle
