Odessa TX Are you a results-driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead our hotel sales strategy and help grow our business to the next level. What You'll Do As our Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in revenue growth and guest satisfaction by: Driving new business and generating leads to increase hotel revenue Building and maintaining strong client relationships and key accounts Promoting hotel amenities and services to prospective clients Following up on leads and closing contracts effectively Analyzing market trends, STR reports, and competitor activity to shape strategy Developing and executing sales and marketing plans Working closely with hotel leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences Managing RFPs and long-term negotiated accounts (LNRs) Participating in community networking and CVB events Meeting or exceeding established sales goals Leadership Responsibilities Motivate, coach, and train team members to support sales initiatives Foster a proactive, guest-focused culture across the team Collaborate across departments to maximize revenue opportunities Inspire excellence and accountability every day What We're Looking For Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to drive revenue and meet sales targets Highly organized and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Knowledge of local market and hospitality industry a plus Requirements Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week Professional business attire and appearance Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40-60 pounds (as needed) Why Join Us?
