as the Hotel Director of Sales in Pasadena, TX, where you will lead our sales strategies and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant and dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel. Requirements:
