Richardson CDJR is seeking an exceptional New Car Director with a proven track record of success, strong leadership abilities, and a history of delivering outstanding results. This is a high-level leadership opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive sales performance, develop teams, increase market share, and maximize profitability.
Requirements:
Proven success as a New Car Director, General Sales Manager, or equivalent leadership position Strong leadership and team-building skills Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives Experience managing inventory, gross profit, and sales processes Commitment to accountability, culture, and operational excellence
