Job Description
Well-known and reputable hotel group in the DFW market is hiring an Area Director of Sales to oversee sales efforts and results for multiple properties. This is not a remote position and requires residency in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Local to the DFW market 5+ years in a hotel sales leadership role Must have Hilton experience within the last 5-10 years Experience selling for 4+ hotels with 100+ keys each Experience leading a team Existing book of business, with a loyal following of clients Proven sales results and a hunter mentality Passion for getting outside the office - this is not about sitting in an office all day! Experience with prospecting and networking Positive mental attitude and strong work ethic Moderate aptitude for revenue managementBenefits
