Job Description
Job Overview Empire Paper Company is a leading provider of Janitorial supplies, services and industrial packaging. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our footprint and build lasting relationships with clients. If you're a goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales, we want you to join our team! The Territory Sales Manager will manage and grow sales within an assigned region by nurturing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-based role with unlimited earning potential through a competitive salary and commission structure. This is a field-based B2B sales role covering a large territory. It requires daily travel, cold calling, self-generated pipeline, and aggressive quota achievement. This is not an entry-level, inside-sales, or retail position. Required Qualifications (do not apply if you do not meet these): 3+ years of successful B2B or field sales experience (outside sales preferred). Experience selling janitorial supplies, facility services, or industrial packaging is a strong plus. Proven track record of growing territory revenue through new business development and account management. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance meeting minimums of $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000. Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily/weekly basis. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen. Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management abilities. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high activity levels (cold calling, prospecting, and closing).
