SpringHill Suites Texas City is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead group, corporate, and transient sales efforts for the property. This is a high-impact role for a hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, prospecting new business, and converting opportunities into revenue. The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of hotel sales experience and is ready to take ownership of a market and grow it.

Job Qualifications:

1-3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter who can manage time and priorities with minimal supervision Working knowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM/sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with the local Texas City/Galveston County market a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales calls.
