Position Summary We are a property and landscape maintenance company that provides nationwide services for commercial customers. The role of Regional Portfolio Manager (RPM) is to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts by delivering a high degree of provider management, while minimizing costs to maximize profits and drive growth opportunities. The RPM will create and maintain long-lasting business relationships with new and current providers to ensure consistent service delivery at a competitive price. The incumbent must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with the ability to maintain and grow local, regional, and national accounts. Additionally, the RPM will participate in Quarterly Business Reviews for customers within their portfolio. The RPM will work side by side with the Regional Operations Managers (ROM) and will give administrative support to the ROM. Responsibilities/Duties Develop and retain a portfolio of customers, understanding each customer's objectives in-depth and matching appropriate providers to meet their needs. Develop and retain a portfolio of Service Providers capable of meeting customer needs at a profitable margin. Achieve all revenue and growth targets set by the Executive Action Team for managed accounts, by identifying and securing growth opportunities for the business that enhance profitability. Ensure strategic account development plans for each customer are continually updated with all current and relevant information, including mutual objectives and performance reviews. Facilitate quarterly provider audits and records documentation in the CRM. Contribute ideas to the business development team and overall organization to retain and cultivate the portfolio. Achieve contract renewals in line with targets and document within the CRM. Any additional duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer. Skills Ability to communicate and express views to customers across multiple sectors and various levels. Presence and networking via business social media sites. Confident with information analysis and problem-solving skills. Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Excellent sales and presentation skills, on an individual and group level. Demonstrate capable negotiation skills, tact, and diplomacy. Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve provider service quality and grow customer accounts. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Planning, preparation and follow up skills. Highly self-motivated and conscientious. Strong business acumen, with a focus and understanding of customer profitability. Good understanding of the customer procurement processes. Demonstrate leadership and the ability to build high-performing Service Providers with a passion for customer service. RPM demonstrates a sense of urgency to resolve problems and overcome challenges. Qualifications Account management experience with property with landscape maintenance experience a plus but not required. Energetic, personable, and outgoing Well organized Reliable and full of integrity Entrepreneurial Self-motivated and able to make own schedule based on business needs Ability to work as a team member as well as independently Ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels Ability to be persistent even under stressful deadline-driven scenarios Computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Management information analysis experience Maintenance facility management industry knowledge a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must have reliable mode of transportation Salary $52,000 to $58,000 DOE This nationwide role is in Utah. The role could require additional hours outside the standard to fulfill job expectations.
