  • every time Commit to grow professionally and personally Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership Actively participate in effective training and development meetings for the BDC and Sales teams Directs internet sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs Monitors salesperson and BDC sales productivity and performance Responsible for ensuring that two (2) appointments are scheduled each day for every salesperson Track for proper ROI for advertising Monitors our website content•specials•phones numbers•photos and comments are up to date Ensures that all manufacture training standards for the internet department are current Create and track team goals for the Internet Department Monitor and coaches staff to effectively handle inbound and outbound phone calls Become the dealership CRM expert Qualifications A passion for growth A desire to make a difference A proven work ethic consistent with our culture A proven history of success leading a team in the automotive industry Demonstrated success as a trainer A clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug screen The ability to obtain a State of UT Sales License
