Service Specialties, Inc. (SSI) is a second-generation, family-owned and operated HVAC and plumbing company serving Northern Virginia for over 4 decades. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team while driving revenue growth.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the residential sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in HVAC sales, team management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness. Oversee lead generation, follow-up processes, and customer relationship management. Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitive market conditions. Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of HVAC sales experience Strong understanding of residential solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Must have High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a clean driving record with 0 or positive points. A want to constantly learn about the HVAC trade and stay up to date on new technology. Must pass a drug screening and background check.
