Warehouse Manager/Inside Sales Associate

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager/Inside Sales Representative to join our team and lead daily operations, drive revenue through strong customer relationships, optimize workflow, and ensure our facility runs with accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized facility. Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement better systems.
