Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and the operations of Pepsi of Southwest Virgina to meet financial and company objectives for profitability and growth. Manage sales force in expanding market penetration and ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising of all products within the territory. Position Responsibilities Teach, train, and coach in the areas of sales, marketing, profit growth and market share. Develop and grow working/business relationships with all major chain customers. Provide strong customer management. Establish goals and objectives, monitor results and recourse as necessary to ensure the desired results. Meet monthly sales targets and income goals. Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery. Standards include account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards. Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize productivity of branch operations. Develop and monitor staffing levels for branch operations. Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions 2 years previous management/supervisory experience Ability to travel Valid driver's license
