Director of Sales

Director of Sales for Assisted Living Facilities Marquis Health Consulting Services continues to grow, and we are looking for a Director of Sales to support our expanding portfolio of Assisted Living facilities in the Newport News area. Partner with awesome and talented people. As a key leader in this role, some job requirements are: Increase and support census growth in each community Foster and support a Culture of Census in each community Assist with sales plan development and quarterly reviews Collaborate with VP of Sales on goal setting for AL communities based on historic trends and annual budget goals Review monthly marketing spend to ensure it is strategic, provides ROI, and aligns with budgets Ensure customer service standards are being met in all departments Ensure compliance with Senior Living Core Programs and policies through field audits at each community. Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team: 2+ years of skilled nursing sales and marketing leadership experience. Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence.
