We are a company founded and operated by former Apple Employees with a mission centered on bringing the privacy, security, reliability, and seamless user experience of the Apple ecosystem to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate is an Apple enthusiast with medium to advanced knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS. Candidates should understand or be willing to learn about the core architectural and security differences between Apple and Windows, including concepts such as sandboxing, Secure Enclave, System Integrity Protection (SIP), Gatekeeper, FileVault encryption, signed system volumes, app notarization, and Apple's hardware rooted security model. Applicants should understand, or be willing to learn, why Apple's ecosystem, Operating System protections, and application security frameworks help make Apple devices avoid the viruses, malware and incidents like the widespread Windows outage during The 2024 global CrowdStrike outage that shut down airlines, banks, transportation systems, hospitals, and enterprise infrastructure worldwide. This role requires an individual who is confident presenting technical solutions to business owners, executives, and organizations seeking secure, modern, and highly reliable technology environments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and calling leads, conducting high volume outbound outreach and cold calling campaigns, developing client relationships, creating presentations and documentation, and helping organizations transition toward Apple centered infrastructure and workflows.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Strong sales and relationship building experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Confidence performing outbound prospecting and cold outreach Experience creating proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation The ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation Compensation Structure ThinkByte Studio offers two potential compensation pathways depending on experience, performance, and long-term vision alignment:Performance-Based Salary Model :
A recurring monthly compensation structure with performance incentives tied to lead generation, onboarding success, and client retention.Strategic Partnership Model:
Qualified candidates may be offered the opportunity to become a long term strategic partner within the business, receiving a negotiated percentage of net recurring revenue generated from onboarded clients and managed accounts.
