This position offers:

$175,000++ per year potential Base, Bonus and Commission Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance 401k

Manager's Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demand Motivate and develop talent through in-field observation, personal coaching and classroom training Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings that focus on improvement and performance Meet or exceed established sales quotas for the office Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation Interpersonal skills to work closely with support staff (Production Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Administration Staff) Who we are looking for: Top producing sales managers whose teams have exceeded targets over time Experience in recruiting Sales Reps and then making them successful Ability to lead a sales team through training, coaching and personal example Highly Motivated to be Successful Must be 21 years old and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening EOE #BF1
