We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer buying experience. As a Sales Manager at CMA , you will: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance. Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process. Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.. Sunday Qualifications:
3-5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions). A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
