Build a Team. Deliver Results the Right Way. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth and build a disciplined, accountable sales team. This role is ideal for a competitive, results-driven leader who also values structure, coaching, and long-term client relationships. You won't just chase deals—you'll build a scalable sales engine. Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategy, generating new business, and leading a team of 3-5 sales representatives to achieve consistent, sustainable growth. This role combines individual production, team leadership, and process discipline. What You Bring 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience (service-based industries preferred: janitorial, facilities maintenance, HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) 2-3+ years of sales leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams (3-5 direct reports) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience selling contract-based and/or recurring revenue services Strong pipeline management discipline and forecasting accuracy Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills What You'll Own 1. Revenue Growth (Built to Last) Develop and execute a focused regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives Identify, pursue, and close new business across: Commercial clients Property management groups and multi-site portfolios General contractors Public sector opportunities Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline (not just short-term wins) Establish long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue 2. Team Leadership & Development Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 sales representatives Recruit, hire, and onboard high-quality sales talent as the team grows Set clear performance expectations and manage accountability through KPIs, including: Revenue targets Conversion rates Pipeline health and velocity Activity metrics Foster a culture of professionalism, ownership, and continuous improvement 3. Hands-On Coaching & Execution Lead from the front through ride-alongs, joint sales calls, and deal strategy sessions Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting meetings Provide real-time coaching to improve win rates and sales effectiveness Develop team members into confident, consultative sellers—not transactional order-takers Who Succeeds in This Role Leaders who hold themselves and their teams accountable Competitors who value consistency over quick wins Coaches who can develop talent while driving measurable performance Professionals who prioritize long-term relationships over short-term gains Individuals who take pride in doing things the right way—and winning because of it Work Environment Onsite role based in Monroe, WA Regional travel required for client meetings, site visits, and team development Performance-based bonus with defined KPIs and uncapped upside Why This Role Matters This position plays a critical role in shaping the company's growth trajectory.
