Full‑Time We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Pointman / Sales Operations Manager to support a fast‑growing portfolio of 5+ roofing companies. This role ensures sales teams stay aligned, accountable, and operating at peak performance. If you excel at managing chaos, improving processes, and keeping multiple teams moving in the same direction, this role is for you.
