Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Your enthusiasm and strategic mindset will help us unlock new revenue streams and strengthen our competitive edge in the industry. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Conduct presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions to close deals effectively Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of solutions Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong understanding of CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop strategic plans based on market analysis and customer insights Familiarity with project management principles to oversee client onboarding processes Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning Prior experience working with CRM software and sales automation tools is highly desirable Join us as a Business Development Executive to energize our growth journey!
