Lead and scale commercial sales strategy for a premier folding carton and printing facility. Drive regional revenue growth through direct account development and sales team mentorship. Capitalize on rapid plant capabilities, including industry-leading 7-to-14-day turnaround times. Partner closely with executive leadership to expand market share across regional CPG accounts.

The Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of sales management experience within the packaging or CPG industry. ✅ Proven ability to build pipelines, mentor reps, and hit target revenue growth. ✅ Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (1-2 days per week on-site in Appleton, WI). ✅ Based within a 4-hour drive of the Appleton plant location.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$80k - $125k (flexible for high-performing industry veterans).
